PestScan is committed to maintaining the security of our products, services, and customers. We welcome reports from security researchers and members of the public regarding potential security vulnerabilities.

Reporting a Vulnerability

If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability, please report it to us as soon as possible by emailing:

Please include:

  • A description of the vulnerability

  • Steps to reproduce the issue (if applicable)

  • The affected product, service, or URL

  • Any relevant screenshots, logs, or proof of concept

Responsible Disclosure

We ask that you:

  • Act in good faith and avoid privacy violations, data destruction, or service disruption

  • Do not exploit the vulnerability beyond what is necessary to demonstrate it

  • Do not publicly disclose the issue until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate it

Our Commitment

PestScan commits to:

  • Acknowledge receipt of vulnerability reports in a timely manner

  • Investigate reported issues promptly

  • Take appropriate steps to remediate confirmed vulnerabilities

  • Not pursue legal action against individuals who report vulnerabilities responsibly and in good faith
